Frequently Asked Questions

Once we provide you with your container key and gate key you can start moving your goods into your storage unit and purchase a lock from us or secure with your own lock as the sole key holder

We require two weeks’ notice prior to you moving out. 

For added security, we do not offer 24-hour access. Available from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm (local time) seven days a week. 

Once the current rental period has expired, you will be refunded unused rent only if two weeks’ notice is provided. 

If you have rented a lockable container, you are the person responsible for ensuring it is locked at all times with your own lock, and you keep the keys.
