Frequently Asked Questions

Once we’ve set you up with your container key and gate access, you’re good to go! 

You can use your own lock or grab one from us - we leave it up to you. As the sole key holder, your gear stays private and secure. 

We just ask for two weeks’ notice. That gives us time to prepare your move-out and possibly assist with transport if needed. 

For security reasons, we don’t offer 24/7 access - but our gates are open from 7:00am to 7:00pm, seven days a week.  Outside these hours by appointment with 48 hours notice.

Need to start early? We offer 6:00am access on weekdays for our business and tradie clients. 

Absolutely. 

If you’ve prepaid and give us the required two weeks’ notice, we’ll refund any unused rent from your current billing cycle. 

Only you. 

If you’ve locked your container, no one else (including us) can get in. Your space, your rules.
